We first met Gail when she became a customer of ours, purchasing a new kitchen.
During a conversation she mentioned she may be able to help us with our accounting and bookkeeping if ever we felt the need.

Gail from Freelance Bookkeeping has made an immediate contribution to the accounting functionality of our business and we now proceed on the basis of financial foresight rather than hindsight.
Gail brings competence, punctuality, professionalism and a most pleasant personality to her work with us and I have no hesitation in recommending Freelance Bookkeeping to any organisation who may be considering the appointment of an efficient bookkeeper.
We have used Freelance Bookkeeping Ltd for the past 3 years and finding Gail was an absolute god-send.
We were been trying to keep up with the accounting structure for too long without a qualified person.
Gail got stuck straight in, sorted everything out and introduced structure, everything was as it should be in no time.Gail is very friendly yet professional and although she is only in one morning a week, she fits in to our office environment perfectly.

Gail took control of our business accounts in 2019. Gail had the ability to find out the pressing issues on a site visit and was able to iron these out and worked hard to bring everything back up to date, whilst maintaining the current accounts. The sales ledgers were in a mess and didn’t know who owed or what was still outstanding. Gail is well conversed with Sage software which is the software our company uses and was able to bring over 12 months of bank reconciliations up to date which highlighted which customers had not paid. The company was owed a lot of money from unpaid invoices which Gail chased on my behalf and was able to recover all of the monies owed.
This was one of the best money saving calls we have ever made!!
Thank you Gail.
